What a mind-blowing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the amazing features of this place. The personal space in the bed with curtains, lamp, plugs, and a little lock/"table" plus the big locker in the room was super convenient. The daily cleaning of the bathroom and access to toiletries made me feel pampered. The reception staff, who were incredibly nice and helpful, went above and beyond to retrieve my forgotten bag from the bus. The location was unbeatable, with the option to rent a motorbike at a reasonable price and easy access to bus tickets and tours. The room itself was super new, clean, and cozy, with all the necessary amenities including a comfortable bed, immaculate bedding. The restaurant downstairs had fresh, tasty, and affordable meals that I couldn't resist. Not to mention the great rooftop bar with delicious drinks and comfortable beds with curtains. The price was more than reasonable for everything you get. The location in town was perfect, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The value for money was simply brilliant, and the staff were fantastic, always ready to assist with advice, directions, and even arranging transportation. The location near the river offered the opportunity for boat rides and swimming in pristine waters surrounded by nature. The staff even made sure that I didn't miss out on meals by offering to make me food if I returned late. The proximity to an English-speaking pharmacy was an added bonus. I can't recommend this place enough, it was definitely a jaw-dropping experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Ninh Binh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even got sick during our trip, and the owner took care of us and even invited us to have dinner with her family. The location of the hostel was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the tourist attractions. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The food at the hostel was delicious, and the staff provided us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hostel.

The ladies at the reception were incredibly nice and helpful, even going the extra mile to help me retrieve my bag that I had left on a bus. The location was great, with the option to rent motorbikes at a reasonable price and access to bus tickets and tours. I had a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Hoa Luan for its cleanliness, convenience, and friendly staff.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration throughout the hotel. The furniture was beautifully vintage and gave a cozy feeling. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to spend time there. , the hotel was very accessible for senior people like myself. There were handrails along the stairs and in the bathrooms, making it easy to navigate around safely.

I would have appreciated a more elderly-friendly atmosphere. Perhaps having a few activities or events tailored specifically towards senior guests would have made the vacation even better.
